    Webistry provides website design and development services for businesses, including but not limited to:

    • Custom website creation
    • Mobile optimization
    • Basic integrations (contact forms, analytics, etc.)

    2. Payment

    All services are sold as one-time packages unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before project work begins.

    3. Delivery Timeline

    We aim to deliver completed websites within 3–5 business days after receiving all required content and information from the client.

    Delays may occur if:

    • Client content is incomplete
    • Revisions exceed scope
    • Communication is delayed

    4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients must provide:

    • Business information
    • Images, logos, and content
    • Timely responses to requests

    Failure to provide materials may delay delivery.

    5. Revisions

    Reasonable revisions are included. Excessive or major changes outside original scope may incur additional fees.

    6. Ownership

    Upon full payment:

    • Client receives full ownership of the final website
    • Webistry retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio

    7. Limitation of Liability

    We are not responsible for:

    • Loss of business, revenue, or data
    • Third-party platform issues (hosting, domains, etc.)

    8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of updates.
